Update your Handshake profile
If you haven't already set up a Handshake profile, summer is a great time to do it. Make sure to include your major and year of graduation. Once you've created a profile, remember to keep it updated.
Prepare your resume and cover letter
Visit the Resumes and cover letters web page on the CSE website.
Create your introduction (your "Elevator Pitch")
Review the Career Fair Preparation Guide (PDF) and use the "Past, Present, Future, Question" model found in the guide to know what to say about yourself when you meet with employers.
Research companies that interest you
The more you know about the company when you meet recruiters, the more you will impress them! To get started, download the Researching Employers and Industries Guide (PDF).
