March 15 is deadline for graduates to register for the Arts, Sciences, and Engeering Commencement on April 26

The Arts, Sciences, and Engineering Graduate Commencement hosted by the College of Science and Engineering (CSE) and the College of Liberal Arts (CLA) is planned for Friday, April 26, 2 p.m., 3M Arena at Mariucci. CLA and CSE master’s, doctoral, and post-baccalaureate certificate students are invited to attend. Eligible students should have received an email in their UMN account from MarchingOrder with instructions on how to register for and participate in the commencement ceremony. The deadline for graduates to register is March 15.

Apply for the CSE Inclusion Project implementation teams

The College of Science and Engineering Inclusion Project is identifying opportunities for the growth of inclusivity throughout the college. Postdocs and graduate students are invited to nominate someone (or self-nominate) to join one of three implementation teams working on action plans to demystify processes used to make decisions that affect them.

Attend the CSE Three-Minute Thesis competition on Monday, Oct. 23

Watch your colleagues show off their research ideas and learn about other research happening at the University at the CSE Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition on Monday, Oct. 23. The competition features presentations from across the college. Collegiate-level winners advance to the University-wide competition in November. Guests may attend in person or watch via Zoom. Registration is required.
